Winter Reprieve

Winter can be a series of personal struggles with cloudy, dark, and bitterly cold days. This past week the Earth Mother sensed our gloomy souls. so she sprinkled bits of sunshine and scattered frost upon the land's every tree and plant. A glorious winter's reprieve. Our spirits soared, we rejoiced in the beauty and wonder of the Earth Mother's artistry, and forgot, at least for one day, winter's harsh bite.
