I wonder why we so often walk past the forest ferns?. Maybe it is because they are shy plants and do not prefer the spotlight in the sun? Maybe it is due to their color as they simply blend in to the forest's floor. Maybe we prefer plants that give us bright bouquets? Maybe we forget to look and see them as they dance and wave to us in the wind? Maybe we simply dismiss their symmetry, order and balance?
Or maybe we are not mindful enough, and forget to see the truly extraordinary, in the Earth Mother's ordinary?
