Washing the dust from its wings, the sparrow slipped into the cool waters in an Eighty Acres' bird bath. It twisted, shook and danced sending hundreds of water droplets flying into the afternoon sunshine. Cooled and cleaned, it thanked me with a song and then quickly flew away.
