After a steady night rain and as the sun climbed in the eastern sky the corkscrew grass hung heavy with magnifying, glass-like water droplets. Sipping my morning coffee, I felt the soft southerly breeze and watched as it quickly dried each corkscrew stem. And I wondered, how many times in the past have I missed the Earth Mother's early morning artwork because my head was on my pillow?
